Inder
Principal
Inder, one of the Principals at Bricklane Properties, brings over 25 years of construction
experience. He is deeply involved in every stage of the build from concept and design to project
management and budgeting, ensuring each project reflects both quality and practicality. Backed by a Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, a CGA designation, and
prior work with the City of Vancouver improving permitting processes, Inder pairs technical
expertise with a genuine commitment to elevating the homeowner experience.

Chris

Chris is a Principal at Bricklane Properties and a science graduate of Simon Fraser University,
bringing a disciplined and analytical approach to construction and real estate development.
Under his leadership, the company has grown in both scale and complexity, successfully
delivering projects ranging from $1 million to over $15 million in value. His leadership is
defined by accountability, precision, and a commitment to long-term value. Chris prioritizes
quality and execution, working closely with consultants, trades, and clients to deliver high-
quality projects on schedule and within budget.
Chris is a Principal at Bricklane Properties and a science graduate of Simon Fraser University,

Phil
Business Analyst
Philip is a UBC Finance graduate with a background in international marketing. He works
closely with development projects, focusing on clear, practical financial and operational analysis
to support good decision-making. Before joining Bricklane's development team, Philip spent
several years in corporate communications, investor relations, and asset management. Today, he
oversees Bricklane’s investment portfolio, helping shape strategy, plan capital needs, negotiate
key agreements, and maintain strong, transparent communication with investors.

Project Manager
Evan brings over 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience across the B.C.
Lower Mainland, with a strong focus on high-end projects in West Vancouver and Vancouver’s
West Side. He has overseen construction of 50+ single-family homes and numerous multi-family,
renovation, commercial, and structural restoration projects, remaining actively involved from
initial concept through post-sale follow-up.
Evan brings over 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience across the B.C.

Jerome began his career in residential construction in 2012 while still attending high school. He
quickly advanced into a leadership role, running a framing crew specializing in high-end single-
family homes. In 2017, Jerome earned his Red Seal Carpenter certification and joined Bricklane
Properties. Backed by extensive hands-on experience and a strong commitment to quality,
Jerome transitioned seamlessly into a Project Manager role. Jerome prefers to be actively
engaged on site, working alongside his teams to ensure the highest standards of execution.

Project Manager
Jasper has been active in the construction industry since 2012 and has been a valued member of
Bricklane Properties for over seven years. Prior to joining Bricklane, he developed a strong
technical foundation as a Lead Framer and Finishing Carpenter. Beginning his tenure at
Bricklane as a Lead Carpenter, Jasper has progressed steadily within the organization and now
manages his own portfolio of projects. Known for his calm demeanor, versatile skill set, and
exceptional work ethic, Jasper is an integral part of the Bricklane team.

Lance is a Site Superintendent with hands-on framing experience who supports daily site
operations and coordination. Detail-oriented and reliable, he helps maintain safe, efficient, and
well-run job sites through strong on-site leadership and organization.

Site Superintendent
Anjoe plays an integral role in our field operations. He brings practical framing experience and is
currently pursuing his Red Seal Carpenter certification. Hands-on and dependable, Anjoe is not
afraid to get his hands dirty and helps ensure job sites remain safe, efficient, and well managed.
